Sending an international shipping payment

After placing your order(s) please send your separate international shipping payment to payments@thestrapshop.co.uk

*Only one payment will be required regardless of how many items you order.

**Please send your shipping payment in UK Pounds Sterling only, shipping payments received in other currencies will be automaticalled refunded.



International Delivery times

TSS use Royal Mail for all international mailings and as we have no direct control over actual delivery times the following delivery times should be considered as a guide only. For more information about Royal Mail international delivery times and terms of service please visit www.royalmail.com

International deliveries to European counties normally take 4-7 working days from date of dispatch or 7-14 working days from date of dispatch to destinations outside of the European Union (many arrive sooner but this cannot be guaranteed - your patience will be appreciated, thank you)

*Tracking of basic airmail letterpost deliveries is not available and TSS will not refund payments or re-dispatch goods in the event of postal losses. If you require a more secure delivery please use registered airmail delivery.


Claims for postal losses will only be considered when items are dispatched by Registered Airmail in accordance will Royal Mails standard terms and conditions (www.royalmail.com)


Tax Liability: TSS does not prepay customs duty. International dispatches may be liable for import duties/taxes at the rate set by your country. Low value small items such as watchstraps rarely attract import taxes but you should be aware that it is a possibility if you order multiple items.


Currency Exchange Rates

TSS regrets that prices cannot be quoted in any other currency than UK pounds sterling. Online payments sent in UK pounds will be converted to your local currency by PayPal and or your card company at the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction. Because exchange rates fluctuate, TSS can't give a fixed Dollar or Euro prices but you can get an approximate indication by visiting Universal Currency Converter. If in doubt please check with PayPal or your card issuer for exact exchange rates prior to placing your order.
